App was working fine for what I needed. Then a new update and I got logged out. No big deal. But now it makes you choose between pictures in order to log back in but the pictures are blank. If you get 1 wrong, it adds another blank picture to choose between. Can't log in when there are blank pictures. And unfortunately, kinda need the app for work everyday. Very stupid update.

Requires unnecessary permissions just to spy on your calls and your calls history. Somehow all other video call apps can work without the phone or call log access, but obviously not Amazon's. Pathetic app and pathetic company. Stay away!
